Terms of Business

 

  1. GENERAL
  • Please read these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) carefully before using the services (“the Services”) offered by Householdheroes Limited (“the Company”) who act as a Concierge Service Business.
  1. THE SERVICES

The Company offers the following Services:

  • Cleaning
  • Ironing
  • Cooking
  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • House Keepers
  • Drivers
  • Gardeners
  • Babysitters
  • Builders
  • Interior Design
  • Window Cleaning
  • Personal Shopping
  • Personal Organisation
  • Your access to use of the Services is on the condition of acceptance and compliance of these Terms.

 

  • By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not use the Services, nor are you permitted to contact any of our staff (“the Sub-Contractors”).

 

  • Prior to using the Services, you must return the signed duplicate copy to us for our records as your confirmation of acceptance, compliance and understanding of these Terms.

 

  • The Company are fully insured, however all Sub-Contractors are self-employed and they are expected to have their own insurance. It will be your responsibility to check if this is your requirement.

 

  • We request that all Sub-Contractors have CRB and/or DBS checks, however we are not responsible for ensuring that they have been carried out. This will be your responsibility if you require it.
  1. PRICES
  • The Prices for the Services are as follows:

 

  • Cleaning – £17.00 an hour.
  • Housekeeping – £22.00 – £40.00 an hour.
  • Ironing – £17.00 an hour.
  • Gardening – £25.00 an hour.
  • Window Cleaning – Subject to Site Visit.
  • Babysitters – £17.00 an hour.
  • Builders – Subject to Site Visit.
  • Electricians – Subject to Site Visit.
  • Plumbers – Subject to Site Visit.
  • Architects – Subject to Site Visit.

 

  • The Company reserve the right to amend the Prices accordingly as and when the Company sees fit. Upon any review of Prices the Company will give all clients’ at least two weeks written notice of the Price review.
  1. PAYMENT
  • All payments for the Services must be paid in full and one week in advance of your booking of the Services. The payment will be held as a deposit until the job has been completed. We will not confirm a booking until payment has been made.
  • The Company does not accept cheques or cash for any booking and payment must be made by bank transfer only, to the account details provided.
  • Once payment is received we will send an email confirming your booking which will contain all the relevant details.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • A cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation of your booking.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged should you cancel 48 hours prior to your confirmed booking and will be deducted from your deposit.
  • A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged should you cancel 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking and will be deducted from your booking payment.
  • The Company reserve the right to refuse future bookings from you if you cancel on more than three occasions with us with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  1. COMPLAINTS POLICY
  • If you have any complaints regarding the Company’s Sub-Contractors or the Services following completion of your booking with us, then please contact one of the Directors who will be responsible for your complaint.
  • Your complaint must be in writing and within four hours of completion of the Services to the following email address hhhcomplaintsdepartment@outlook.com
  • The Director will aim to deal with your complaint within 2 working days.
  • The Company does not tolerate any form of abusive/violent/threatening behaviour towards any Sub-Contractor, Manager or Director. The Company reserves the right to refuse to deal with any complaint from a client who has been abusive/violent/threatening towards any member of the Company.
  1. REFUND POLICY
  • The Company reserve the right to offer a NO refund policy of any money following the completion of the booking.
  • The Company offers a free one-hour service to rectify any concerns you have regarding the Services of the Company.
  • The one-hour service will only be effective upon written notice to the Complaints department within the time period specified under the Complaints Policy section.
